浅谈餐厅设计中的照明设计  >>   见解  |  

    灯光给了我们黑夜里的光明,在当今商业社会中,餐厅设计除了硬装与软装外,不可忽视的还有灯光照明设计,其对餐厅的所要表达的氛围有着举足轻重的作用。一个环境舒适、有特点的的餐厅,灯光照明设计、搭配也吸引了不少眼球,通过设计的灯光照明使室内光环境与餐厅的菜系、风味、档次、风格相得益彰,在这里我们谈谈餐厅的灯光照明设计。

     餐厅设计中照明主要采用一般照明、混合照明以及局部照明三种方式。如果餐厅设计的风格简洁,顾客群相对大众化的餐厅经常采用一般照明方式。一般照明是对餐厅室内整体进行照明,不考虑局部照明,使就餐环境和餐桌面的照度大致均匀的照明方式。在一些中高档餐厅设计中会常用到混合照明方式,即由照度均匀的一般照明和针对就餐面的局部照明所组合而成的照明方式。此种照明方式层次感强,并形成一个只属于该桌客人的光照空间。而在酒吧、KTV、咖啡厅的照明方式则多采用局部照明,这是一种为了强调特定的目标而采用的照明方式,通常指某点或很小的面积。局部照明可仅用于桌面和陈列展示部分,通过局部的重点照明将人们的视线吸引到有文化氛围和体现情调之处,从而形成视觉的趣味中心,以创造自身个性。

    以上照明方式的介绍让我们了解到餐厅所要选择的照明方式。然而,照明与光亮度、色温也有着密切的联系,正所谓要把握好照。国际照明委员会《室内工作场所照明》S008E-2001中建议,餐桌面照度以2001x(流明)为宜。我国《建筑照明设计标准》中则规定中餐厅0.75 m水平面处照度不可低于2001x(流明),西餐厅不可低于100lx(流明)。在餐厅就餐环境和餐桌台面上必须有舒适的光照,才能满足顾客就餐的基本需求。其次,灯光的色温也非常重要,在餐厅的照明设计中,无论照度的高低,都宜选用低色温光源(采用混合照明方式的餐厅,可以将高色温的一般照明和低色温的局部照明搭配使用)。低色温光源也是有一个选择范围的,根据人们对光源光色的感觉,色温在2000K4300K之间的光源都是我们可以选择的。不同经营策略的餐厅应该精心选择适合自己的光源光色,有些面向大众型消费的餐厅,起初使用了暖黄色的荧光灯,与白色光相比,低色温光源的确给空间带来了高级的印象,但结果适得其反,餐厅既没有高端顾客的光顾,也使低消费顾客避而远之。在接受建议之后,采用4000K(带黄的白色)的光源后,改变了就餐气氛,餐厅的效益也渐渐有了好转,光源色温的选择发生了微妙的作用。可以看出越是高级的餐厅越应该使用低色温照明,而快餐厅和中低档餐厅可以使用中低色温照明。除此之外,还可以根据室内陈设的材料和颜色来选择不同光色的光源。例如:使用木材装饰的天花板,如果采用2500K3000K的暖黄色顶灯采光,可以使木材温暖的特性得到充分的表现。另外,装饰风格传统的餐厅,宜采用暖黄色光源,可以使室内怀旧的气氛得到进一步的渲染。而某些具有现代设计风格,面向青年人的快餐厅,最好选用4000K4300K的光源,既满足了餐厅类照明设计的要求,又使空间显得明亮、轻快,给人现代新潮之感。

    餐厅设计的最终效果,还要通过照明灯具去实现,不仅如此,照明灯具还是室内软装的重要组成部分。一般而言,餐厅经常用到的灯具包括:台灯、吊灯、壁灯、筒灯、格栅荧光灯盘以及反光灯槽等几大类,设计师可根据其实际设计的餐厅项目需求作出合适选择。
